From passive content to active learning: Across 100+ projects, the consistent pattern is the same — clients arrive with slide-heavy training that informs but doesn't change behavior. I redesign the architecture: replace passive delivery with decision points, consequences, and practice.   • Designed a scenario-based ToT program that placed tutors inside real classroom dilemmas before they faced them live
  • Translated CBC policy language into decision-driven interactions — tutors made choices, saw consequences, built a repeatable facilitation framework
  • Replaced passive content delivery with practice-first learning architecture built in Articulate Storyline 360
